Unfortunately, I was never able to get to the point of an adjustment from Dr. Beech to even speak to his quality of care. The reason being my first visit with Dr. Beech was only a "consultation and x-rays" to setup up a care plan. Having Insurance I assumed that would be covered. At the END of my visit and NOT any time before; I was told to pay $239.00 out of pocket and IF insurance covered my visit, I could possibly get some of that back. Found out before my second visit my insurance will not cover this chiropractor until my deductible is met AND they are not in network, so I would still have another 50% co-pay after that. Based on the "care plan" set forth by Beech, this would cost me well over $1,000 out of pocket. When I asked why none of this was discussed prior to my first visit, I was basically told they don't do that. I was also told they would not refund any of my money because it was not their responsibility to discuss the charges for services prior to actual services. It's like going to buy a car and not being told the price until after you sign all the paperwork and are driving the car off the lot! So now I am still in pain and out $240 for basically nothing. It is my opinion this office is only interested in making the max amount of money they can out of each patient and not actually healing them. I have found many other chiropractors that are willing to work with you on pricing and seem to generally want to help you out more than make a quick buck. Buyer beware.

We have large student loans so I very clearly asked about the cost of a visit. The receptionist told me that she could not tell me what the cost would be, but that the doctor would discuss it when I met with him. The doctor, after being considerably late (which was the case with each subsequent visit), never discussed pricing with me but gave me a $250 bill for the initial visit. I was given a pricing sheet AFTER that. This was startlingly higher than we expected for a chiropractic visit.

The doctor is good at what he does, and the receptionist is friendly, but the office wait time is ridiculous and the initial cost should be more openly quoted.

The whole staff is such a friendly group of people. Everyone makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I really loved that they offered on-site X-Rays. It was so convenient, and I didn't have to spend any extra time driving somewhere else to get them done. Love it here! I always get the best care!!!

Absolutely! I was given many practical and helpful tips that sped up my recovery!
