Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I was so happy with the care I got here that I have already told multiple people about it. They deserve all the recommendations in the world. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.

I started going to Dr. Bell because a family member of mine was already a patient of his. On my first visit, I brought my x-rays with me (he does not have an x-ray machine on-site) and he discussed my scoliosis issues at length with me. His advice was fairly practical, but he tries to get you to come in a little to often in my opinion. He wanted me to be there twice a week... a little excessive. The office is small, but comfy. Dr. Bell is very kind, professional and a great conversationalist!
