I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. They make an extra effort to communicate with their patients, and even updated me every time I visited about where I was at in the recovery process and how much progress I had made. It was encouraging to know how much recovery I was making at each appointment. I didn't feel any numbness after my visit. They always take good care of me.

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.

Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They've given me a ton of nutritional and lifestyle tips. They know how important it is for my recovery.
