Marvin and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and so kind. He has resolved reoccurring issues for me that other Chiropractors couldn't. I would recommend him to anyone. His office staff is wonderful and very accommodating to work with.

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.

After my treatment I found myself in even more pain. I dont recall him physically examining me before he began to adjust me, even though I told him I had been in a lot of pain. If he did, it was extremely brief, to the point that I missed it altogether! He wasn't careful at all, and I even requested him to be careful beforehand. He began severely adjusting me without informing me first and kept going even more aggressively even after I expressed my pain and fear of damage. I felt like I was being assaulted more than adjusted. At one point he grabbed both my ankles and pulled abruptly to adjust my back, and hurt my ankle! I was sliding all over the table while he was trying to pin me down into a position to crack me (and I wasn't resisting at all). I was in a lot of pain during my appointment and severe pain after, and even days later. I should have told him to stop, but I truly believe I was in shock after the first severe adjustment that left me very dissy and scared. His equipment (adjustment table, etc) was EXTREMELY outdated and there was no signs of, or indication of any type of updated equipment that I have seen and used in other Chiropractic practices, nor was anything offered to me. To put it bluntly, if I was a young jock in good condition, I might go there to get craked, otherwise, I would never step foot in there being in delicate condition like I was. I was afraid he damaged me for life! I'm still in major pain! I just think it is his style to be aggressive. If that's for you, go for it! I have since gone to see another Chiropractor and he took X-rays after seeing the severe swelling and spasms in my back after Dr. Anderson's treatment. This one apologized to me for the treatment I got from Dr. Anderson.

I just had Marvin Anderson work on my horse, "Happy". Happy was out (had subluxations) in many places on his body (his poll, neck, shoulder, back, rear, knee), and after Dr. Anderson worked on him, I returned him to his pasture where he ran off up the hill to meet his herd! A couple of days ago, he could hardly walk and I was considering putting him down because he has several conformational issues that have plagued him for his entire life (he is now 10), and I thought he was quickly deteriorating and in immense pain. I am going to have another follow up appointment in 3 weeks, and will always use Dr. Anderson and will refer him happily to others!
