They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I didn't mind that they didn't offer on-site X-Rays, because they gave me directions to a lab that was five minutes away where I could get them. I was glad I didn't have to drive very far to get them done. They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me. They were so skilled and knowledgeable, and even customized their adjustments to meet my specific condition. I have been a patient for years and had nothing but great care and understanding.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They didn't exaggerate their abilities at all, which has been a problem at some of the other places I've visited. I got what was promised. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all!

Dr. Ruggiero is one of the most amazing healers you could ever be blessed to see. He is so committed to healing others that he has degrees in chiropracty AND psychology to approach your healing wholistically.

He is also one of the most caring individuals I have ever met. You will be amazed at what he can do for you. I truly can't say enough about this wonderful man.
