This was my first time visiting a chiropractor, and I was very impresed with Dr. Hertenstein. He made me feel totally at ease, he explained the why of everything he was doing, and I noticed DRAMATIC improvements after several visits.

Highly recommended!

The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable.

I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.
