No, it was obvious the staff didn't think he/she was qualified
Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy?
Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Definitely! They made an extra effort to keep me well informed.

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

Definitely not! I felt fantastic when I left!

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. One thing I really liked, was that they kept me updated about where I was at in the recovery process, and how long before I would be fully recovered. It gave me more of an idea about how much time I could expect to be recovering, and encouraged me on all the progress I had made. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable.
