They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I wasn't stiff at all after my appointment. They are always very careful, and make sure I'm always comfortable. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. If you want someone to make you feel at home, this is the place! She is so friendly and welcoming, but most important - knowledgeable. Pat treats what she knows and refers what she doesn't. She gives individual attention and really listens to you. She is great!

The equipment they used during my adjustment seemed very current and safe. You could tell everything was well taken care of. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I felt absolutely fantastic when I left. It's obvious that they are experts at what they do and I feel very safe under their care. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. The whole staff is such a friendly group of people. Everyone makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. I felt better than I have in years when I left. I couldn't believe the difference they were able to make. They really paid a lot of attention to my problem area, which is the reason I went. When I told them where I was in pain they put much of their focus on eliminating discomfort in that area.
