The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. The whole staff is such a friendly group of people. Everyone makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. I was amazed at how much better I felt after my adjustments. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.

I even traveled from San Louis Obispo, CA to continue follow-up treatment after a car accident. They worked beautifully with my small children as well. I highly recommend this practice of professional and caring people.

I now live in Washington and wish i could still benefit from Don's expertise.

staff is friendly and welcoming. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.

Don Cohen is outstanding among Santa Cruz healers. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They've definitely given me helpful lifestyle and nutritional tips. They always want what's best for me and use a wide range of techniques to achieve this. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.

They have completely eliminated my need for pain medication and enhanced my overall well-being. I feel better than ever. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.
