I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. At a chiropractic clinic you expect them to have comfortable chairs in their waiting room, and I would grade these as average. They weren't uncomfortable but the weren't terrific either. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.

They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them.
