I have seen 3 chiropractors over the last 40 years and first one was Dr. Winston Sibson, he was Good but too far away, Dr Cappi was the 2nd chiropractor I went to and I continued to schedule appointments with this doctor for the next 39 years because he was excellent and his technique was effective, every visit I had really did make me feel better and there were some very horrible disc problems but I got through them because of Dr Cappi. I moved to Texas with the other Californians, and the only thing I miss is my chiropractor visits, and the Pacific Ocean. I gave five stars because he is an excellent chiropractor, you will be in great hands If you are lucky enough to get an appointment 😊

I really loved that they offered on-site X-Rays. It was so convenient, and I didn't have to spend any extra time driving somewhere else to get them done. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.

They talked about my X-Rays with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. They definitely care about their patients. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.
