While visiting Carmel I got a whiplash. After seeing Dr Kirby I felt relief right away. He took me in and did his magic for two weeks on me. State of the art equipment very friendly and warm. I was very comfortable! Want to take him home with me. I highly recommend him. Possibly the best chiro on the California coast. Thank tou for helping me while away from home

Doctor Kirby is the BEST. I have tried several Chiropractors on this peninsula.For thirty years I tried numous different Chiropractors. But could not get any relief. Doctor Guyton and Doctor Joe Kehoe were the only doctors I got relief from.Both have past on. That is when I was Blessed and found Doctor Kirby. He is old school and new. He has many ways to help you. He is always very concerned about your condition. At nineteen I was told I would not be walking in ten years. That was forty some years ago. I have been a patient of Doctor Kirby for twenty two years.Doctor Kirby has me still walking. That's even after a few car accidents,falling ten feet from the attic landing on my back,flying throw a tempered glass window and several falls. I am still walking at sixty three.I am very proud of the doctor and all the hard work and hours he has put in. If he did not help you,you did not try. His staff has always been very pleasant and willing to help.

Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

This is not a reflection of Dr. Kirby himself but his office manager, Victoria. She hung up on me when I questioned their policy of asking for a credit card number if I wanted to make an appointment with the massage therapist followed by a treatment. All I did was ask her, "Why?" She said I was being rude and should go somewhere else and hung up. I was floored. I did call back and had to leave a message. To her credit, Victoria did return my call. But she made apologies in name only. She thought she did nothing wrong, only that I had been "rude about their office policies."

My husband visited Dr. Kirby twice (and had massages, too). When I made the first appointment for my husband last October it was Dr. Kirby who took the call. No credit card necessary, hence my hesitation when Victoria asked for one from me this time. My husband was pleased with both appointments since then. But neither of us will be going there again. Office management can make or break a healthcare experience, and this one broke it.

Dr. Kirby was very professional and still warm and easy to talk to. I saw him many times following a car accident and experienced relief the first visit and each thereafter. He has state of the art equipment that enhance his treatments. His staff is excellent. I have never waited more than 10 minutes to be seen. I would not hesitate to refer others and will continue to see him for ongoing wellness care.
