They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They were so skilled and knowledgeable, and even customized their adjustments to meet my specific condition. This chiropractor has never misdiagnosed me. They always are able to find the source of my pain. I didn't feel any numbness after my visit. They always take good care of me.

My entire family has been patients of Dr. English for many, many years. I have personally been a patient for over 24 years as I have a hereditary and chronic back issue with many associated challenges. I can honestly say, that if it weren't for Dr. English and his ability to diagnose and treat my problems, I would not be doing all the wonderful things I am doing today. When I first went to see him I couldn't sit for more than a few minutes at a time. I also had a serious TMJ dysfunction that caused me terrible headaches and rendered my unable to get through a day. I was scheduled for surgery on it even, but after showing my x-rays to Dr. English and discussing my symptoms, within two weeks of adjustments to my jaw all the problems went away and haven't returned. That was over 24 years ago. For that one reason alone I will always be indebted to him.

He has also cared for both my children since they were only days old. He has always been helpful, caring and thorough. Everyone on the staff is warm and welcoming when arriving in the office and it's rare I ever have to wait for more than a couple of minutes to be taken into a room. He is efficient (something I appreciate as an Efficiency Specialist) and never makes me feel rushed when he is treating me. I have always appreciated the quality of care I received from him and still go in for "tune-ups" as I need - typically when I do something to my body I probably shouldn't have.

I have recommended many, many friends and associates to Dr. English over the past two decades, even people who swore that they would never go to a chiropractor and they have all called me to thank me for referring them to him. I will continue to do so - and I had been to 3 others before I selected him to care for me and my family.

I found Kevin to be very rude and unprofessional, as well as nasty. He took clients out of turn, making me wait unnecessarily, was very mean when I asked him about this and tried to blame me for it and also had the nerve to try and put me down. His office said it was ok if I was late for my appointment but I was punished for not showing up on time. Kind of crazy. He also apparently does not think human emotions are important and barked at me that feelings are not facts, which is one of the dumbest things I have ever heard. If a healthcare provider does not believe human feelings are important, then what is this guy doing working with people? Yikes. I walked out. Would not wish this jerk on an enemy.
