They always answer cheerfully or make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They are very positive and encouraging even when a patient is sufferuing traumatic pain and immobility. Dr. Jan helped me dramatically and immediately. She treats holistically while focusing on the problem area. She also does not hesitate to refer me to an M.D. if my problem dictates that.. Actually - I would be very unhappy if she left the area. No one else has come close to helping me the way she can.
