They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. Dr Dan even met me at his office on a Saturday when I was in a lot of pain. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.

I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.

They've always answered all of my questions. Dr.Dan goes beyond his duty time and time again for me and my family, including my 4 month old. I was in weekly throughout my pregnancy, I don't know how I would have gotten through it without Dr.Dan!! Not only do they never postpone my appointment, their friendly staff always get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. The treatment method was explained to me before the adjustment was performed. I appreciated the fact that I was prepared for my treatment. They went above and beyond what they told me they could do for me. I never expected them to be able to help me as much as they did. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I would strongly recommend them.
