They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I was ecstatic after my appointment. I knew that I was going to improve with their treatment. I've never seen anyone with more skill.
