I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. One thing I really liked, was that they kept me updated about where I was at in the recovery process, and how long before I would be fully recovered. It gave me more of an idea about how much time I could expect to be recovering, and encouraged me on all the progress I had made. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed.

I would recommend Dr. Cook to anyone in pain with their neck, back or joints. He has helped me so much and is just a wonderful person overall. He is compassionate and caring, not to mention the fact that he is a Christian. I cannot say enough good about him. He truly cares about each and every patient he sees. He also has an excellent office staff and patient care staff. You cannot possible go wrong by going to him.
