Dr. Armstrong and his staff are always friendly and welcoming, I always have the best experience when I have an appointment here. Dr Armstrong has helped me with both neck and back pain and I have complete confidence in him. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. If you want someone to make you feel at home, this is the place!

I have been a patient of Dr. Armstrong's for 20 years. Being a dental hygienist is extremely hard on the neck/back. I recently moved away and absolutely am at a loss without his care. He is brilliant (went to Yale) and friendly... qualities that are nearly impossible to find. The staff? Awesome! Diane and Teri have been there for a long time. When the staff stays around, you know you've found an ethical & caring office. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend Dr. Armstrong to anyone wanting the very best of chiropractic care.

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves

Not at all. It was obvious they didn't care about me

Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored.

I felt very safe in Richard Armstrong, D.C.'s care. I definitely trust them. I was confident that Richard Armstrong, D.C. was using the latest treatment methods. They've given me a couple of nutritional and lifestyle tips, but I wish I had gotten more. I know it would have sped up my recovery. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I felt very encouraged after my appointment. Richard Armstrong, D.C. really gave me hope.
