I would not give him the time of day! He is a very sorry person! Only cares about money! That's why he has so many offices and apartments in Burgaw. He is a sorry landlord. Would not fix what was wrong in the apartment my son was in. The air conditioner leaked and my son had to put a bucket there to catch the water. Also The cord to the light in the kitchen was fraded and every time you plugged it up if would shock you. The tenants down stairs did not do anything but complain and caused my son to lose his apartment and the jobs he had. Joseph has no respect for another person and only listens to one side of the story. Like I said he only cares about money. My son worked his butt off to pay you .He had no free time because your rent was so high. All I have left to say is " What goes around comes around! "
