I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.

Very confident in the Doctor's abilities and qualifications, but extremely dissappointed with the impatient, condescending attitude of a certain receptionist!! She was NOT super helpful, she was pretty unwilling to answer questions, awfully impatient and overall very unfriendly. Because quite a bit of interaction has to take place with this certain receptionist in the office, her attitude creates a good amount of unpleasantness surrounding the whole appointment, and nearly ruins the experience of going to a great Doctor who really wants to help the patient get well--almost to the point of making me DREAD the appts!!! This kind of behavior is very surprising for a chiropractor/natural medicine doctor's office--very unlike experiences I've had with kind, caring, patient staff at other similar offices. It's too bad one has to deal with her in order to be able to receive the helpful care of Dr Mcullough!!!! (I should mention that aside from her, the rest of the staff is pretty pleasant and helpful, but even that doesn't balance out all of HER negativity and condescension!!!!) People in general, especially staff at a "wellness and whole body health" (type of) medical office, should NOT get away with treating patients that way!!

I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. At some of the other places I've been to, the chiropractor had super cold hands, so I was a little nervous I would have to deal with that here, but I didn't at all. I was more comfortable than I've ever been anywhere else. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there.

They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.
