No, and they gave me incorrect directions to the place I was supposed to get them

They went above and beyond what they told me they could do for me. I never expected them to be able to help me as much as they did. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.
