They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.

I'm a rugby player (32 years) and a youth sports coach (7 years) and Jeff is the best sports injury guy I have ever visited here or in Europe. I send all my team mates and high school players to see him with everything from back and neck injuries to shoulder, wrist and foot pain
