They really paid a lot of attention to my problem area, which is the reason I went. When I told them where I was in pain they put much of their focus on eliminating discomfort in that area. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They went over my X-Rays with me in detail. I felt much more comfortable beginning treatment knowing exactly what was wrong with me.

They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I was really glad that they customized their treatment to address my condition instead of just giving me general adjustments. Their treatment was much more effective that way. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. At a chiropractic clinic you expect them to have comfortable chairs in their waiting room, and I would grade these as average. They weren't uncomfortable but the weren't terrific either.

They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I wasn't stiff at all after my appointment. They are always very careful, and make sure I'm always comfortable. They make an extra effort to communicate with their patients, and even updated me every time I visited about where I was at in the recovery process and how much progress I had made. It was encouraging to know how much recovery I was making at each appointment. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.
