She advertises free consultations. After collecting both personal, insurance info, medical history you are placed into a meeting room with both patients and non patients. Dr Malay gives a general talk of common thyroid issues and then discusses your personal medical information to the group. If you want a real consultation you need to come back at a later date and pay. Please don't go unless you want to waste your time and have everyone learn about what should be your personal medical history.

First time visit was informative. The Dr. seemed to know and describe symptoms. There were shelves in the office filled with what seemed to be homeopathic remedies designed to help relieve thyroid problems and other similar symptoms. These will probably be prescribed, but not covered by insurance. Reserving judgement until next visit.
