They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. The staff that handles the back really knows what they're doing, and they are super funny and caring. The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was more comfortable than I've ever been anywhere else. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They were so skilled and knowledgeable, and even customized their adjustments to meet my specific condition. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.

I was amazed at how much better I felt after my adjustments. I was worried that my adjustments were going to be painful but Daniel Buentello, D.C. was extremely careful. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned Daniel Buentello, D.C. is for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased! I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clientele to be as comfortable as possible.
