Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. After I left my first appointment, I had absolutely no hope they would be able to help me. I wasn't very confident that they knew what they were doing. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.

They talked about my X-Rays with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. They definitely care about their patients. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. The office was easy enough to find.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Ken Cooper, D.C. offers the best pricing I've ever seen! I will absolutely return to Ken Cooper, D.C.! I had an amazing experience! Cooper Functional Services's office was well organized and clean. I felt much better after my appointment. My pain was greatly reduced.
