There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I really loved that they offered on-site X-Rays. It was so convenient, and I didn't have to spend any extra time driving somewhere else to get them done.

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more.

I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They really paid a lot of attention to my problem area, which is the reason I went. When I told them where I was in pain they put much of their focus on eliminating discomfort in that area. Thank you Dr. Cooper, I'll be seeing you again soon!

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. After my chiropractic treatments I no longer experience pain and don't need to take pain medication anymore. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.
