I have been with Dr. Jackson for 10 years for regular adjustments. I have been bringing my son to him since he was an infant. Dr. Jackson is an extremely knowledgeable and talented chiropractor.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.

I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. I was amazed at how much better I felt after my adjustments. I was worried that my adjustments were going to be painful but they were extremely careful. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs.

I have been seeing Dr. Don Jackson over the past 20 years. Due to a car accident I have an extensive history of headaches, neck and shoulder pain. Dr. Jackson's care has been essential for me. His gentle manner of adjustments and his knowledge have been invaluable. His advice on ergonomics and supplements has also been very helpful. I recommend him highly!
