The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. My level of satisfaction was very high after this appointment. I was impressed with how the doctor catered to my needs. I was nervous that I was going to be numb or stiff after my adjustments, but I felt absolutely fantastic when I left. It's obvious that they are experts at what they do and I feel very safe under their care. They make an extra effort to communicate with their patients, and even updated me every time I visited about where I was at in the recovery process and how much progress I had made. It was encouraging to know how much recovery I was making at each appointment. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.
