Dr. Vella is a very kind and easy going doctor. He is very easy to talk to which is surprising for a doctor. They didn't accept my insurance but made a very realistic payment plan for myself. He was able to ease the pain I was having.

However; it was not the chiropractic sessions I was looking for. Dr. Vella uses an easy approach. I never had pain after an adjustment (which was great!) but I felt like he continued to use the same "adjustments" on me. I felt like he did the same thing to me every time I went and that he wanted me to buy more sessions.

Another thing that I didn't enjoy was the length of sessions. He sees 4 to 5 people at a time. He will work on your for 1-2 minutes and then leave you alone for 5 minutes. Each session lasted 1 1/2 hours. To me; a chiropractic experience should only last 30-45 minutes without any interruptions.

However; Dr. Vella is a very nice doctor. He answered every question I had and was very knowledgable about the situation. I just did not enjoy the length of sessions due to me laying on the table without any sort of doctor/patient time.
