Kris does an excellent job adjusting the areas of the body that needs attention. He has a kind way about himself caring for each patient in the areas that need to be tweaked. IE Dietary, physically, head to toe.

I went to another chiropractor about five years ago and was happy, but this time I was amazed. I was in real pain and couldn't sleep had put off going for about six weeks. When I finally did make my appointment he said I might have to come for a few visits because I waited so long.....I thought, here we go again, it will be two years. But after the third visit he asked if I felt I needed to come back. I went one more time and decided to wait a while to see if I was done. It has been a couple weeks and I am going back for one more visit. I appreciate that he lets me decide, and doesn't schedule patients any longer than they need to go. I am very pleased and will not wait the next time. My friend told me she went to a chiropractor in Sayre and they wanted her to sign a "contract" stating she would come each time specified on the contract. She went elsewhere. Because of their trust in YOUR ability to know your own body, your own pain, and if you need to come back, I will continue with this practice. I have been telling all my family and friends they need to check out Kinsley Chiropractic after my experience. What a relief! (I go a few minutes early just to sit in their massage chair!....lol)

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Not at all! I was very comfortable during my entire treatment
