Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

I had a significant amount of pain in my ribs after 3 months of nagging my primary he told me to see a specialist. I saw the "Spine Specialist" in Bassett about my pain in my mid back (Shoulder Blades) They told me it was "A sprain from my workers compensation injury. Dr. Etzl would said he was "not happy and something was wrong. I tried to persuade him not to X-ray me again because I did not want to pay for another X-ray. He said "I would sleep better at night knowing nothing is wrong so it is on me." Well I am glad he he was so thorough and will gladly pay for three X-rays because he not only found a tumor in my lung but got me in to see Dr. Matsuo the cancer doctor in under a week. I owe Dr. Etzl me life. There is no other Chiropractor to see in Oneonta. Others will flamboyantly self promote themselves but if you have a pain in the bac k there is only one man to see. Thanx and God bless you and your family. -D
