Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

I felt better than I have in years when I left. I couldn't believe the difference they were able to make. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.
