There's been quite a few times where I've been on my way to my appointment, and they've called me to postpone it. It's not all the time, but it's still annoying. I left the office feeling very upset and dissatisfied. I feel like they did more harm than good during my appointment. I was disappointed that their staff didn't seem to respect them very much. They weren't disrespectful but I could tell they didn't have a very good relationship. I really didn't appreciate that they didn't keep me informed about anything, and I was especially upset that they didn't keep me in the loop about the status of my recovery. I had no idea where I was at in the recovery process or how soon I'd be fully recovered.
