They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. What really surprised me was how horribly uncomfortable the waiting room chairs were. You would think that a chiropractor would care about your back not hurting while you waited! They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business.
