Dr. Scarpelli went above and beyond to assist me when I was in much pain. He met me at his office immediately when the office was normally closed in order to adjust me. Within hours I was in recovery. I trust he and his staff completely and recommend him highly.

This office is efficient and clean and uplifting. The receptionist Dr. Scarpellit's wife is excellent and a part of the healing process. It is important to recognize when people are making a sincere effort to help and heal not only back issues but all issues. Chiropractic can be explained very well by both the receptionist and doctor.

Dr. Glenn Scarpelli operates a joke of an office along with his wanna-be model wife and office manager Patricia who is arrogant, rude and obnoxious to the guests. As soon as you walk in you are hit with the pungent smell of incense that you are forced to breath in. The Official Manager "Patricia" is phony & pretentious and the doctor walks around in his socks, which is so unprofessional. he doesn't give "full" adjustments but only adjusts whatever - and this is what he says - "God tells me what to do for today." He talks about Jesus and God throughout the adjustment and professes that "They" (the Gods) dictate what he should adjust - meaning he could care less what you are complaining about. This is the biggest joke of a chiropractic office I have ever stepped foot into and I strongly advise anyone with serious back issues to AVOID AVOID AVOID.

On a referral, I tried scheduling an appointment after calling several times. The fellow who kept answering was very disgruntled and difficult as he was reluctant to set up an appointment or even take a message. When I got hold of the receptionist, she informed me that the one chiropractor in the office works regular hours of only 3 days a week? She insisted that his busy schedule was due to a significant client base? Somehow that didn't make sense when the only chiropractor was so unaccessable, so I googled him before committing. According to the NY Civil Supreme Court records case #117950/2005, a Jennifer Cole has a malpractice suit against the chiropractor, Glenn Scarpelli! Must be spending all his time in court. Glad I passed.

After a good experience 2 years ago with the acupuncturist at Madison Wellness Center, I decided to give the chiropractor a try which was a BIG mistake. Scarpelli couldn't address my concerns even after I requested him to review my file in advance of my appointment. Either he didn't bother to prepare or maybe he's not technically competent. The worst part was the wait because he allowed another person to cut in front of me. What I couldn't fathom was that I was the only one in the wait area, so how was he running late? I walked out after the failed consultation. Contrary to his favorable reviews, his lack of preparation and conduct was completely unprofessional. What's the point of going to him, if he needs to consult with an outside chiropractor? Elena also mentioned this in her review. Isn't he supposed to be the specialist? Thanks to this site, I researched other chiropractors and found Gregg Rubinstein on W57 at 212-977-7094. He's better organized and proptly attended to my needs. You best go to him.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
Were the chiropractor's hands uncomfortably cold during your treatment?
Not at all! I was very comfortable during my entire treatment
