Dr. Tom caused more damage to me then before I saw him. He uses the same methods on every patient no matter your ailment.

I would run away from this office.

Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. They have misdiagnosed me before. The cause of my pain was something entirely different than what they told me.

The parking situation at their office was ridiculous. Their office on 41st Street has hardly any street parking. You have to pay for parking. Do yourself a favor and take public transportation. I ended up having to pay for parking because there are no spots available near the office.
As far a s the treatment though, i have no complaints.
I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. They've stayed open past their closing times when I've needed help. They are very flexible with appointments and They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They did not pressure me to return for additional follow-up appointments. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me.
