They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me. They paid attention to my problem area, which I really appreciated. I felt like I got what I went for. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.
