Kindness, courtesy, and wilingness to listen and understand not only your health care issue, but he also interested in you, as a person . Very rare quality in health care these days. As a health care provider, very often patients are not good historians. By getting to know your patient in general conversation, a health care provider can pick up on an issue that the patient hasn't spoken about.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.
Were the chiropractor's hands uncomfortably cold during your treatment?
Not at all! I was very comfortable during my entire treatment
