I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.

We have been going to Dr. Kelly for YEARS. He kept me from having back surgery for several years. AND, he knew when to back off and say that I needed to have back surgery. He will NEVER hurt you, he will never telll you he CAN do anything unless he feels for sure he can. He is VERY thorough, and he gets the job done as QUICKLY as he can......in the least number of visits it takes. AFTER you have been to him a long time, you yourself will be able to tell when something is out of place, or wrong and you can decide WHEN you need to see him again. WE ARE VERY PROUD OF KELLY and he is a great person to know as well as a WONDERFUL chiropractor.

It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.

I was always afraid of going to a Chiropractor. A relative talked me into going to Kelly Estes and it was the best decision! I have chronic back pain due to herniated discs and degenerative disc disease. My pain was gone as soon as I got up off the table! Not only did I have no more pain after my adjustment, but I felt great afterward. I definitely saw a huge difference. He is an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They always have my best interest at heart. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners.
