They were so skilled and knowledgeable, and even customized their adjustments to meet my specific condition. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They really paid a lot of attention to my problem area, which is the reason I went. When I told them where I was in pain they put much of their focus on eliminating discomfort in that area. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They've never used foul language. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I was very comfortable the entire time. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.
