They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. The staff are great people, and very friendly. They are attentive and make you feel right at home. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They have never misdiagnosed me, but sometimes they seem confused. I feel like maybe they aren't sure what the source of my pain is. I had so many different things going on that once one problem was fixed, another arose. I needed more tests like more MRIs (that my MD didnt order either until way later), to truely know what was wrong with me. If you just have basic back problems, Joe is great. Once you get into stuff like I have, you need many areas involved (PT, physiatrists, surgeons, along with chiropractors) to fix you.
