I really loved that they offered on-site X-Rays. It was so convenient, and I didn't have to spend any extra time driving somewhere else to get them done. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. Dr. Ellen is completely down to earth and personable. I felt like I was talking to a neighbor or a friend I had known for years. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
