Dr. Walker did help me but the stress of trying to get any return from Medicare and my secondary was the painful part. He charges for every visit up front and I was told that the charges would be billed immediately & that was untrue. It took 6 mos to finally get some of the charges back. Just know that he is an UNASSIGNED PROVIDER with Medicare so you will not get much back. Bottom line is that the billing of the charges were done unprofessionally & If you are NOT worried about getting any of your charges back he is a good chiropractor. I feel that he did help me at a crucial time and yes they were courteous and appointments were easy to make.

I get a kick out of the survey form: Q. "Were the reception room chairs comfortable?" A. I don't really know, they never left me waiting long enough to find out. Service is prompt and friendly.

I read the very negative review below and think that patient must be confused. Maybe they went to a different doctor or have some other issues. Dr. Walker and Jennifer are always exceptional.

I have been to several chiropractors and in my opinion Dr. Walker is exceptionally well trained and competent, as well as trustworthy.

There will always be variations in one patient's experience compared to another and perhaps on that day things did not go as well as typical, but my experience has always been very positive.

If you are new to chiropractic Dr. Walker does a good job of explaining what he recommends so that it is understandable.

Yes they offer X-Rays and services that other offices do, but at three times the cost. They do not like discussing their pricing with you unless you insist. Then when a large bill comes your way they lie to you and say that they he is the best chiropractor and cannot be compared to EVERY other chiropractor in the greater Nashville area that will perform the service for half the cost.

Equipment and office is old and outdated. And you are given 2-3 minutes of attention for adjustment, strapped to electrodes for 12- minutes and then charged $100 and kicked out. Also the attention they do give you is not specialized, he did more harm than good.

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional
