1. When I first came to this office I indicated where my pain was and what I would like to have x-rayed because it has been a chronic condition. This area was not x-rayed, so when I returned to get the results of my x-rays of this area, I was told none were taken. So, additional x-rays were needed. Seems like a scam to me.
2. I have called twice for the results of these x-rays and no one will return my phone call. Yet I paid for them.
3. The most recent x-rays were not taken appropriately. The doctor did not want me to remove my bra that has an underwire in it, which exactly goes across the area in question when shooting an x-ray from the front. I thought at the time the x-ray was done in a rushed inappropriate manner. I can only assume my calls were not returned because they can’t tell anything on the incorrectly done x-ray.
4. I am basically a cash patient due to the deductible needed with my insurance. So, when I was in their office and they gave me the total price of the visit, then that is the price we agree on at that time as paid in full. Yet they turn around a month later and bill me for additional items. This is completely unethical.

I was amazed at how much better I felt after my adjustments. I was worried that my adjustments were going to be painful but they were extremely careful. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.
