Not at all. I had know idea if they thought I was making progress or not

Yes, I was left alone too long

Yes, I didn't have to drive anywhere!

Yes, I felt very stiff when I left

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

Yes! I definitely didn't think I'd see positive results

First of all they are not a "pain management" they are pain intervention, according do Mr. Radican. Secondly make sure they are in your network yourself. I called and reception told me they took cigna , ya they take Cigna but its out of network and costs double. Would have never even bothered to go if she would have simply told me that. Thirdly will not prescribe anything on first visit, or if you opt not to do nerve block. Which by the way they do not do first visit.
I saw Demetria Davis PA, she was very personable and nice, went over my history and problems. Then sent me to have x-rays that guy was very nice as well.
Mr.Radican then came in and looked over x-rays and was like oh yeah there it is there is no doubt that is causing you pain! Then looked at more of different body part and again spotted the problem and told me that yes that would cause pain as well.
That's when the shot came into play and was a series of 3 shots. told me my deductible was $500 (yes if I was in network) in reality it would have cost me $800.Told him I would have to think about it, because it's not like I have $500(which thought was at time) just laying around.That's when I called my insurance company and was told that this provider was out of network . So not only did I waste my $50 copay and my tome and theirs. I am sure I will get stuck with a bigger bill since not in network. Plus still in Pain and have to make another appointment with in network.
