I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. I had a hard time bearing the cologne they were wearing, it didn't smell very good at all. It wasn't the worst I've ever smelled, but it definitely wasn't the best. I'll give them this-they did answer some of my questions. Not all of them were answered though, and I had to do my own supplemental research. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them.

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!
Did the chiropractor update you about the progression of your recovery at each appointment?
Definitely! They made an extra effort to keep me well informed.
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit?
Yes
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Overall Experience was wonderful and would definitely recommend seeing Dr. Doug again and again!!!! They went above and beyond what they told me they could do for me. I never expected them to be able to help me as much as they did. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
