Great people that truly care. I love this place. I came here after an accident, and I'm feeling much better now. I would recommend Dr. Halstead to everyone I care about. They make me feel welcome every single visit. I've never had a better experience anywhere else. I never have to wait to be seen, and they really care about my recovery.

They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs.

I was nervous that I was going to be numb or stiff after my adjustments, but I felt absolutely fantastic when I left. It's obvious that they are experts at what they do and I feel very safe under their care. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.
