Definitely not! I was ignored when I asked for advice!

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Very knowledgeable. Helpful and willing to talk about all possible options. I go back whenever I have lower back problems and he and his staff are very helpful in getting me through an episode.

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.
