My family has been going to Dr. Lord for nearly 30 years. She has always been so kind and caring and we have always been treated well. She prefers natural treatment for all ailments and will encourage nutrition as the basis for wellness and health in all areas of your life. She is welcoming of all, but is not very comfortable with small children in the office if they are at all rambuncious.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. If you want someone to make you feel at home, this is the place! They are so friendly and welcoming.
